Pamela Wicks, CPA, ICD.D

President and CEO
Ms. Wicks was appointed President and CEO of Pulse in August 2026. She was previously  the VP Finance and CFO of the company and will continue as the acting CFO during the search for the Company’s next CFO.

Board of Directors

Pulse’s six-member Board of Directors is comprised of five independent members and ex officio member Neal Coleman, company President and CEO. Collectively, they bring deep industry experience and a full range of business competencies – including oil and gas, geophysics, corporate finance, legal and public markets – to provide effective governance of Pulse.

Robert Robotti

Board Chair, Independent Director since December 2007
Mr. Robotti is the President and Founder of Robotti & Company Advisors LLC, a U.S. registered investment advisor, and the President and Founder of Robotti Securities LLP, a U.S. registered broker-dealer. He has been an active investor in the oil and gas industry.

Neal Coleman

Ex Officio Director since December 2017
Mr. Coleman has 25 years of experience in the seismic data library business. Mr. Coleman has over two decades of experience in business development, strategic planning, negotiation, leadership, public company management, and investor relations, and has worked in the energy industry since 2001.

Paul Crilly

Independent Director since May 2017

Mr. Crilly has 34 years of experience in the oil and gas services and equipment industry. From 2005-2010 Mr. Crilly served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Norex Exploration Services Inc., a TSX-listed seismic acquisition company,

Dallas Droppo

Independent Director since May 2018
Mr. Droppo was a senior partner of the law firm Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, where he maintained an oil and gas practice for 27 years. Mr. Droppo acted as legal counsel on large, complex securities transactions and significant business mergers and acquisitions.

Patrick R. Ward

Independent Director since May 2023

With over 43 years industry and leadership experience, Mr. Ward has served since August 2021 as President, CEO, and Director of Arkos Infrastructure Partners Inc., a private green midstream company. Mr. Ward was the founder, director, President, and CEO of Painted Pony Energy Ltd. for more than 13 years, until the company was acquired by Canadian Natural Resources Limited.

Melanie Westergaard

Independent Director since April 2021
Ms. Westergaard is an independent businessperson with over 38 years of global experience in the oil and gas industry. She began her career in the geophysical services industry with Western Geophysical, followed by more than 18 years with the multinational oil company ARCO/BP, where she held roles ranging from geophysicist to multi-asset management and leadership positions.
